1 strand of Scrap yarn (I used one strand of Caron simply soft yarn in pink)

Pattern:
Ewrap cast on all 32 pegs, Ewrap knit 12 rows and make the brim. And then Ewrap knit 21 rows and then used basic bind off method for a hat.
