Things you will need:
8 pegs Any round large gauge loom (For example knifty knitter red loom.)
loom hook
2 strands of worsted weight yarn
yarn needle

How to Drawstring bind off
Pattern:
Step 1 / Peg 1: Place slip knot on peg 1 and started creating your first Curly Q stitch. For about approximately 2.5 to 3 inches. Cut yarn leaving a tail to leave tie in later.
Step 2 / Peg 2: Place slip knot on peg 2 and started creating your first Curly Q stitch. For about approximately 2 to 2.5 inches (a little shorter then the last peg.) Cut yarn leaving a tail to leave tie in later.
Step 3 / Peg 3: Place slip knot on peg 3 and started creating your first Curly Q stitch. For about approximately 2.5 to 3 inches again. Cut yarn leaving a tail to leave tie in later.
Step 4 / Peg 4: Place slip knot on peg 4 and started creating your first Curly Q stitch. For about approximately 2 to 2.5 inches again (a little shorter then the last peg.) Cut yarn leaving a tail to leave tie in later.
Step 5 / Peg 5: Place slip knot on peg 5 and started creating your first Curly Q stitch. For about approximately 2.5 to 3 inches again. Cut yarn leaving a tail to leave tie in later.
Step 6 / Peg 6: Place slip knot on peg 6 and started creating your first Curly Q stitch. For about approximately 2 to 2.5 inches again (a little shorter then the last peg.) Cut yarn leaving a tail to leave tie in later.
Step 7 / Peg 7: Place slip knot on peg 7 and started creating your first Curly Q stitch. For about approximately 2.5 to 3 inches again. Cut yarn leaving a tail to tie in later.
Step 8 / Peg 8: Place slip knot on peg 8 and started creating your first Curly Q stitch. For about approximately 2 to 2.5 inches again (a little shorter then the last peg.) Don't cut the yarn. Before cutting the yarn wrap the yarn around those 8 pegs 3 times. So you will have enough yarn to bind off and weave in whatever project you plan to use this on.
Step 9: After that cut the yarn. Thread your yarn needle. Binding off with yarn and needle in hand. Jump to peg 1 and through the bottom of the stitches thread both stitches. (like your binding off a hat using the drawstring method.) Continue doing this for all the pegs 2,3,4,5,6,7, & 8. Then you can take the yarn off the peg and gather tie off like you will normally do a hat. Don't cut this longer straggler that you just tied off, because it going to be use for sewing on to other projects. You can tie knots with the other stragglers coming from the other pegs, and then cut off stragglers tails once all are tied up.
Step 10: Now your done with your Curly Q flower/snowflake embellishment. You can do a few things like sew/glue a button on it to decorate it more. You could add it to a headband or garment of you choice or you could even make 2 for mitts, finger-less mitts, boot cuffs, and leg warmers.
