I used a 2 strands of yarn for the whole hat. The cast on rows 1 to 9. I used one of the strands of Patons Twister in the color Lime Twist mixed with 1 strand worsted weight bargain mill yarn. Then I used 2 strands of the worsted weight bargain mill yarn for the rest of the hat.

Rows 12 & 13 Ewrap knit 1, Purl 2, Ewrap knit 1, repeat to the end of the rows.
