Due to height differences you may need to adjust the length of the strap.

4 strands of both Red Heart Super Saver yarn in Spring Green for the top of the bag and Perfect Pink for the bottom of the bag.

Starting with the 6 side pegs on of the ends. Place slip knot one of the corner pegs, Ewrap cast on the 5 other pegs until you get to the other corner. Now you will working in a flat panel over these 6 pegs for rows 1-83.
Row 1 Flat knit back to those middle pegs and ewrap the last end pegs.
Row 2 Purl back to those middle pegs and Ewrap the last end peg (like you did in the the previous row).
Row 2 Purl back to those middle pegs and Ewrap the last end peg (like you did in the the previous row).
Row 3 Flat knit back to those middle pegs and ewrap the last end pegs.
Row 4 Purl back those middle pegs and Ewrap the end peg (like you did in the the previous row). Repeat these 4 rows to row 80. (This is considered the Garter stitch.)
Row 81 Flat knit back those middle pegs and ewrap the end peg(s).

Row 81 Flat knit back those middle pegs and ewrap the end peg(s).

Purl back those middle pegs and Ewrap the end peg. (like you did in the the previous row)
Row 83 Flat knit back to those middle pegs and ewrap the end peg where you started.
Place bottom loops on the 6 adjacent pegs on the opposite side of the loom.
Reset row counter
Row 1 Working in the round. Yarn over cast on your first 8 empty pegs(not tight), Purl the next 6, Yarn over cast on your next 8 pegs(not tight), and then purl the last 6 pegs back to your ending peg.

Row 3 Purl
Row 4 Flat knit
Row 5 Purl
Row 6 Flat knit
Row 7 Purl
Row 8 Change color to pink and Flat knit
Rows 9-14 Work figure 8 stitch in the round.

I made a Crochet Strawberry Flower for the bag with this link, 4 strands of white yarn with size P or 11.5mm crochet hook. But I didn't do the center of the flower. (I am just a beginner crochet.) I decided to weave yarn through the center holes.
Bind off by using the drawstring cast off (like a hat), weave in stragglers, and add detail If Desired.
