Things you will need:

I used a 24 peg Knifty Knitter loom on this one. I did start one using 30 peg 3/8 gauge CinDwood loom but have not finished it yet. (This pattern can be almost universal for large gauge looms to make this tube scarf. I would advise using an even number of pegs to match loop when
you putting on the tassels at the end.)

A yarn needle (optional)

Crochet hooks (for putting on the tassels and weaving in stragglers.)

Details:

Weave in stragglers, Make tassels with color B, Flatten out the scarf and line up the loops, so you have a loop in the back and a loop in the front, and with a crochet hook start add your tassels from side to the other side. If needed trim tassels to be even.
