32 peg all in one loom basic loom.
loom hook.
I used Lion Brand Cotton-Ease in the color snow. It is a size #4 and its 50% cotton & 50% acrylic.
A yarn needle.

Pattern:
Crochet cast on 32 pegs in the round.
Row 1 Ewrap knit
Row 2 Purl
Row 3 Ewrap knit
Row 4 Purl peg 1, move loop from peg 1 to peg 2, and knit over. Repeat this to the end of the row. all odd pegs should not have yarn on them if done right.
Row 5 Ewrap knit and Ewrap knit cast on all the empty pegs
Row 6 Purl
Row 7 Ewrap knit
Row 8 Purl
Rows 9 to 18 work the figure 8 stitch
Row 19 Purl
Row 20 Ewrap Knit
Row 21 U-Knit
Row 22 Ewrap Knit
Row 23 U-Knit
Row 24 Ewrap Knit
Row 25 U-Knit
Row 26 Ewrap Knit
Row 27 U-Knit
Cast off by using the modified drawstring cast off. Weave in ends, make a 14 to15 inch crochet chain or Icord. Then weave that cord through the empty holes and tie it, or whatever way you prefer.
