I used 3 different colors of Hometown USA yarns. For color A, I used Galveston Green. For color B, I used Syracuse Orange. For color C, I used Portsmouth Pumpkin.

Stitch markers to be placed on pegs 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45, and 48 these are the pegs you going to be knitting and then purling later with color C.

Pattern:
With color A
Place slip knot on anchor peg temporarily. Working in a flat panel Ewrap cast on pegs 1 to 24 and 24 to 1 and knit them over.
Rows 1 to 12 Ewrap knit
Row 13 pick up the first row of loops and put then back on the pegs. Just like making a brim, Ewrap knit (2 loops over 1) to peg 24. Then cut yarn leaving about a 7 inch straggler to weave in later.
Reset row counter
Still with color A
Place slip knot on peg 24 as an anchor peg temporarily. Working in a flat panel Ewrap cast on pegs 25 to 48 and 48 to 25. and knit them over.
Rows 1 to 12 e wrap cast on.
Row 13 pick up the first row of loops and put then back on the pegs. Just like making a brim, Ewrap knit (2 loops over 1) to peg 48.
Place slip knot on peg 24 as an anchor peg temporarily. Working in a flat panel Ewrap cast on pegs 25 to 48 and 48 to 25. and knit them over.
Rows 1 to 12 e wrap cast on.
Row 13 pick up the first row of loops and put then back on the pegs. Just like making a brim, Ewrap knit (2 loops over 1) to peg 48.
Row 14 e wrap knit in round and cut yarn
Changes colors to color B and C
Place Stitch markers on pegs 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45, and 48 these are the pegs you going to be knitting and then purling with color C.
Row 15 With color B Ewrap 2 pegs, With color B Ewrap knit the next peg and repeat this pattern to the end of this row.
Rows 16 to 44 With color B Ewrap 2 pegs. With color B Purl the next peg and repeat this pattern to the end of these rows. Cut yarn color B and tie it on to Color C
Row 45 With color B Ewrap knit

With color C make two 2 peg Icord about 35 inch to make a double-pull drawstring handle. Use this link to help you Stringing A Double-Pull Drawstring with a safety pin or a drawstring threader. With color A make 4 leaves with 9mm/M hook using this leaf pattern. Now sew the leaves on each of the ends of the Icords weave in all stragglers and cut yarns.
