24 peg kb loom or knifty knitter 24 peg loom 5/8 gauge
loom hook
I used Bernet Maker Home Dec in the color Woodberry
A yarn needle (optional)
Crochet hook (optional)
Stitch markers (optional)

Techniques you will need to know:
How to Drawstring Cast on
How to U-knit
How to Purl
How to Double Ewrap knit
How to bind off using the super stretchy bind off

Pattern:

Drawstring cast on all 24 pegs in the round.
Rows 1 to 8 Rib stitch (U-knit 1, and Purl 1)
Rows 9 to 11 U-knit
Rows 12 to 14 Purl
Rows 15 to 17 U-knit
Rows 19 to 37 Double Ewrap
Rows 38 to 40 U-knit
Rows 41 to 43 Purl
Rows 44 to 46 U-knit
Rows 47 to 52 Rib stitch (U-knit 1 and Purl 1)
Row 53 Still working the rib stitch U- knit peg 1, move loop from peg 2, place it over to peg 3 and Ewrap peg 2 and Ewrap knit peg 3 together repeat this every even peg to the end of the row. Including peg 24 to peg 1
Row 54 peg 1 knit 2 together then continue working the rib stitch. as peg 2 Purl peg 3 U knit etc
Rows 55 to 64 Rib stitch (U-knit 1, and Purl 1)
Bind off by using the super stretchy bind off and weave in straggler.

Add the tie: Crochet a chain for an 18 inch chain for a tie and weave it through the hole you made in the middle of the ribbing stitches at the top. If you like make these easy cute tiny hearts to tie in the ends of the chain or string on some beads and add knots to the ends of the chains to stop the beads from falling off
