What you will need:
Sock loom 2
Loom hook 

Scissor
Blue painter tape for marking pegs.
Worsted weight yarn #4
Crochet hooks (
Optional) 
Yarn needles 
Row counter (optional)

Technique you will need to know: 
How to do an Ewrap cast on
How to knit in a flat panel
How to do an Ewrap stitch
How to do a purl stitch.
How to weaving in stragglers
How to sew to crochet pieces together.
How to Ewrap knit in the round.
How to increase stitches

Pattern: 


To begin with painter tape, number the pegs 1 through 54. First work the front part of the crotch. Ewrap cast on pegs 1 through 12. Knit 6 rows as a flat panel. Rows 7 to 14 You will be increasing as you work each row. As you knit back and forth, wrap an extra empty peg on each side until you end on pegs 51 and 16 on the other side. Knit 2 more rows and cut yarn leaving a few inches to weave in later. Leave on the pegs.

Now work the back part of the crotch and the body.

Ewrap cast on pegs 28 to 39 (12 pegs like front) (Reset your row counter if you were using one) Row 1-12 Knit Rows 13 to 29 You will be knitting and increasing as you work each row. As you work back and forth, wrap an extra empty peg on each side until you end on pegs 19 and 47. Rows 30 to 45 Ewrap around peg 20 and start knitting in the round ending on peg 20. Knit the pegs that have 2 loops including the stitches in the front. Continue Ewrap knitting. Rows 46 to 58 Rib Stitch. (Make sure you last few rows are not so tight) bind off using the supper stretchy bind off. Weave in stragglers and sew or crochet crotch together.
